The Menu

After several food tasting with different caterers finally we decided to put our trust to Eloquente Catering Services. We made our reservation last Saturday (Sept 2, 2006) and finalized out our menu.

Soup:
Crab and Corn

Appetizer:

Assorted Cocktail French Bread Canapé (Crab Sticks, Tuna & Egg)
Assorted Cocktail Cold Cuts (Smoked Ham, Salami & Cheesedog)

Salad Bar:

Garden Fresh Salad with Thousand Island Dressing

Main Course:

Grilled Blue Marlin Steak
Braise Beef with Red Wine
Mandarin Vegetable
Bacon & Cheese Spinach Pasta
Pork Spareribs with Hickory Steak Sauce
Chicken Garlic Salpicao

Dessert:

Tropical Fruit Salad
Assorted Pastries

Drinks:

Pineapple Orange
Coffee

Hot Tea

It does not only sounds good it also tastes good! :P
